Progressive Christianity (book study/discussion)

Understanding Progressive Christianity(book study, video, and discussion) What does Christianity have to offer an increasingly secular world? How has “religion” distorted Jesus’ message? This is a 24-week class (fall and spring) in which participants can learn about and grow in a progressive, Christian faith that is free from dogma and rooted in hope for a full and abundant life in this world. We will engage readings and videos from scholars such as Bart Ehrman, Diana Butler Bass, and Marcus Borg.
